At Bella Wigs, we work with trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently. When you order a wig from our store, we ensure it is carefully packaged and dispatched with reliable delivery services.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the delivery provider. From that point, the handling and transportation of your package are managed by the courier company.

While we take every step to prepare your order securely, situations during transit are outside of our control. Bella Wigs cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur once your order is with the courier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to begin the claims process. We will support you where possible by providing relevant order or shipping details, but we are not liable for the outcome of claims handled by third party delivery services.
